Polycarbonate piñata
This project was a material exploration. Its purpose was to show the high impact resistance and optical clarity of polycarbonate. This piñata lights up when hit to reveal the candy inside, which one will never be able to get to because of the toughness and durability of the material.

The piñata was bent into its final shape from a single sheet of polycarbonate using a heat gun and lots of patience.
